What is your refund/ exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds. Exchanges are available for specific items upon request, please reach out via email. For all other questions or inquiries, please contact us at Contact@housofmahari.com
Most orders ship within 3-4 business days however we ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for estimated shipping date of in stock items. Items marked as special order, pre-order can take up to 4 weeks. In the event of a back order, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We ship small orders by UPS or USPS and our published shipping and handling rates.
